Australia have won the Women’s ODI World Cup for the seventh time, beating England. The International Cricket Council (ICC), the governing body of cricket, has announced the best XI after Sunday’s event. Salma Khatun of Bangladesh got a chance in the XI.
In a press release on Monday, the ICC announced the best XI of the Women’s ODI World Cup.
The top four champions in the XI are Australians. Then there are three players from South Africa, two from England and one each from West Indies-Bangladesh.
Bangladesh named to play debut ODI World Cup. Salma was the highest wicket taker for Bangladesh in this tournament. He took 10 wickets in 6 matches. So he has a chance in the best XI of ICC.
English pace bowling all-rounder Charlie Dean is the twelfth cricketer.
